Even though many customers report immediate pain relief, this may not be the case for you. It may take longer to get rid of your tennis elbow / golfer's elbow and of course the Masalo sleeve may not help you. Epicondylitis is a medical problem and medical issues are always individual. The healing process is different for everyone and depends on many factors. For legal reasons alone, we cannot and must not give a healing guarantee. Good recovery!

After about 3 weeks I was almost completely symptom-free!

August 17, 2016

Now it's finally time for my feedback, I've just recommended the cuff again...

I also suffered from pain in my arm, caused by overstimulation of the tendon and the resulting cramped muscles. After weeks of unsuccessful medical treatment in autumn 2015, I came across this website through internet researchand was initially really skeptical, especially as the doctor advised against it (I don't know - better not... maybe also financial interests, who knows...)

After a phone call with the promise: "Try the cuff, if you don't feel a clear improvement within 15-30 minutes, send it back", I ordered it.

I put the cuff on immediately after the letter carrier brought it, and there was a clear improvement after just a few minutes. Weeks of complete immobilization had previously been unsuccessful 🙁

After about 3 weeks I was almost completely symptom-free.

If I notice that my arm is starting to pull a little, I immediately put the cuff back on and it is usually quiet again on the same day, although the cuff stays on longer to be on the safe side. As it doesn't really restrict freedom of movement, it's not a problem.

no problem.

As a result, I have been virtually symptom-free since November 2015 and can continue to train with Freeletics and HIIT.

Mr. Röder, thank you very much for your good work!

I have already recommended them several times 🙂

Answer from Masalo Cuff Switzerland

Dear Mr. Au, thank you very much for your feedback 🙂 I'm sure it will help many people. Yes, there are always individual cases of refusals from doctors, but thank God these are exceptions. What are the motivations and interests behind such rejections? Who knows... It also doesn't work very often when "professionals" are at work. They often ignore the fitting instructions and try to tighten the support to create compression, just like all other products work. But that's exactly what we don't want. Fortunately, however, we have many doctors who are convinced and generally recommend the support for epicondylitis. It's good that you mention the point about immediate relief within 15-30 minutes. The support helps immediately, otherwise something is wrong. I always feel sorry when a support comes back without a call having been made first. These are almost always small application errors. The order almost always comes back after 3-5 months and then you have to deal with it and get better - unnecessary further suffering that could have been avoided with a phone call. Many thanks for the recommendations. These are the basis of our existence. Hardly any supports are sold without new recommendations. I very much hope that by the middle of next year we will also be able to offer the MED version in textile and with an aid number on prescription. We are working flat out on this. But it always takes longer than planned... In my experience, immobilization is nonsense and shock wave treatments are really bad, as they are expensive and sometimes offered as the ultimate cure. I can work thanks to the Masalo arm cuff!

August 15, 2016

Hello, now it's really time for my feedback that I promised a long time ago! Unfortunately I don't have much time, because....I can work thanks to the Masalo arm cuff!

Thank you very much! I've had the sleeve since February and was able to work without painkillers from day 1 (shoeing). They were still there, butwithin tolerable limits. I had to torture myself with tennis and golf. However, the tennis elbow was really annoying. Over time, the pain got less and less until it was as good as gone about 8 weeks ago. But now I rarely work without the cuff because I'm just afraid it will come back. The golf elbow still won't go away completely, but I really hope that I'll get rid of it soon.

At first, wearing the cuff is simply unfamiliar, but once the leather is worn in, you almost miss it when it's not on your arm. When I had problems with the adjustment at the beginning, everything was explained to me in detail over the phone, including the fact that it would probably take a few weeks longer for my tennis elbow to settle down.

In any case, I am extremely satisfied and have and will continue to recommend the cuff as often as I can.

I'll have to order a new one soon anyway, thanks to my work. But she's really been through a lot.

So once again.....Thank you

Yours sincerely

I have been pain-free for 5 days now!

July 3, 2016

Hello Mr. Röder,

Thank you very much for this product.

I received my Masalo cuff on Wednesday 29.6.16. (Super)

I have had nothing but pain for 1 year and have tried all sorts of things (injections, ointments etc.) - none of which had any effect.

I put the cuff on and felt relief after a short time.

I have beenpain-free for 5days now.

Thank you once again for this great product!!! 😀 😀 😀

Answer from Masalo Cuff Switzerland

Dear Ms. Kamper, that's how it should be 🙂 Please remember to readjust the bandage after a few days, as the leather stretches a little. Also, don't be surprised if there is a setback, this is completely normal. When you are free of pain, you will be able to work more freely and vigorously again, perhaps overdoing it (lazy people don't get tennis elbow :-)) and so it can hurt again for a short time. But it never lasts long. Despite the quick success, please continue to wear the cuff consistently, the faster you will get rid of the tennis elbow completely. I wish you continued good recovery Best regards Harry Röder

90% cured!

June 29, 2016

Hello Mr. Röder,

I wanted to give you some feedback: I have only been wearing the cuff at work for about 6 weeks now, patience has paid off: it feels as if the arm is 90% healed. Unbelievable - it didn't get this good before with manual therapy etc. from the doctor - when Iput a lot of strain on it in sport, I sometimes notice a pulling sensation, I take note of this and then look for alternative movements, and when I'm typing too many numbers at work, I alternate between using a mouse for my left hand and I'm completely happy!

Thanks again for your invention!!!

Yours sincerely

I am absolutely delighted to have bought your cuff!

June 14, 2016

Hello Mr. Röder,

indeed, your cuff has (probably) healed me. Probably means that I have not been to a doctor or physiotherapist to confirm the healing, it is my own feeling. I wore the cuff consistently for more than 4 months, the first weeks day and night, later "only" during the day. About 8 weeks ago I started going to work without the cuff. It was only 4 weeks ago that I noticed that I no longer had any pain, I had simply "forgotten" about my tennis elbow, even when I was bowling.

I am absolutely delighted to have bought your cuff, because I would not have managed to become pain-free using conventional medical methods. I am absolutely convinced of this. As soon as I notice that I'm getting pain again, I'll start wearing it again straight away. If anyone around me is struggling with tennis elbow, I will recommend your cuff. I promise.
